Prime Minister Reaches Out To Madhya Pradesh Voters Via Open Letter

Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi has reached out to the Madhya Pradesh voters with an open letter urging them to repose trust in Bharatiya Janata Party and give the saffron party yet another chance. He urged the voters that only a double engine government can bring development to the state.

By uttering double engine government he meant BJP government in the centre as well as in the state. In his letter he hightlighted the achievements of his government towards Madhya Pradesh and the achievements of Shivraj Singh Chouhan government. He described in his letter as how a bimaru state can be so strong, prosperous and self reliant in the last 20 years of BJP rule.

He also expressed his gratitude as how the people of the state overwhelmingly blessed him in the 2014 as well in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. He stated that he share a special bond with the people of Madhya Pradesh.

He listed works like  construction of quality roads over a long distance, over 16% economic growth, water connections to more than a lakh homes, and the generation of 28,000 megawatts of energy in his letter.

He also castigated Congress by saying that the grand old party has always had a step motherly treatment towards the state.
