Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the people of Maharashtra for the victory of the Mahayuti alliance. He described the win as a victory for development and good governance, and emphasized the importance of unity in achieving greater success.
In a post on his official social media handle ‘X’, PM Modi wrote, “This is the victory of development. This is the victory of good governance. United we will fly even higher! Heartfelt gratitude to my sisters and brothers of Maharashtra, especially the youth and women of the state, for giving a historic mandate to the NDA. This affection and warmth is unique.” He assured the people of Maharashtra that the alliance would continue working for the state’s progress, concluding with the message “Jai Maharashtra.”
In his post, PM Modi also praised the dedication and hard work of the NDA workers. “I am proud of every NDA worker for their efforts on the ground. They worked hard, went among the people, and explained our good governance agenda in detail,” he said.

Reflecting on the results of the recent by-elections, he added, “The pro-people efforts of NDA are resonating everywhere. I thank the people of various states for blessing the NDA candidates in various by-elections. We will leave no stone unturned to fulfill their dreams and aspirations.”
Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde also addressed the media, calling the victory “historic.” He thanked the voters of Maharashtra, stating, “Today, I thank all the voters of Maharashtra because this victory is historic. I had said that Mahayuti will get a huge majority.” CM Shinde credited the win to the work done by Mahayuti and expressed gratitude to all sections of society, including women and farmers, for their support.
“The public has voted for the work done by Mahayuti, which is why we have achieved such a big victory,” Shinde added. He also praised the efforts of Mahayuti workers, acknowledging their role in the alliance’s success: “I also thank the people of Maharashtra and all the workers of Mahayuti. They have done a very good job and made Mahayuti win.”
