Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday extended birthday greetings to Union Minister and Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) president Chirag Paswan. He praised Paswan’s efforts to strengthen the food processing sector and said his work would support farmers and advance India’s self-reliance.
In a post on X, PM Modi wished Paswan a long and healthy life.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah also greeted Paswan on his birthday. He appreciated the minister’s contribution to food security and food processing under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also extended his wishes. He prayed for Paswan’s long and healthy life.
Meanwhile, Paswan celebrated his birthday with party workers and supporters in Patna, Bihar. He cut a cake and thanked those who gathered to greet him.
Remembering his late father, Ram Vilas Paswan, the Union Minister expressed gratitude to his mother for supporting him through difficult times. He also acknowledged the contribution of party workers and leaders to strengthening the organisation.
“I thank my family, every party worker and every leader who worked tirelessly day and night to bring the party to where it is today,” Paswan said.
