Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Bharat Renewable Energy Summit & Expo 2026 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on Monday and address the gathering, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) said.
The four-day summit, scheduled from November 2 to 5, will bring together global policymakers, investors, financial institutions and industry leaders to promote investment, technological innovation and international partnerships in the renewable energy sector. The event will follow the theme ‘Invest. Innovate. Inspire’.
According to the PMO, Bharat RE 2026 will attract participants from more than 130 countries, including over 40 Ministers, providing a global platform for clean energy investment, industry engagement and technology partnerships.
Nine countries and regional groupings, including Australia, France, Germany, the European Union and the UK, will participate as Country Partners.
Thirteen states and Union Territories will showcase their renewable energy potential, investment opportunities and manufacturing capabilities.
The summit will coincide with the ninth ISA Assembly and the fourth International Conference on Green Hydrogen.
Bharat RE 2026 will focus on clean energy investments and technology partnerships, while the ISA Assembly will promote global cooperation in solar energy.
The green hydrogen conference will explore emerging technologies, investments and large-scale deployment.
Together, the three events, however, aim to accelerate clean energy adoption through international cooperation.
Building on India’s RE-INVEST summit, Bharat RE 2026 will feature Ministerial discussions, CEO roundtables and business meetings to promote investments and partnerships.
The accompanying expo will host over 400 exhibitors showcasing technologies in solar and wind power, green hydrogen, energy storage and other renewable energy sectors.
