Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced that the Prime Minister would also release the first installment for the construction of homes under the PM Awas Yojana. PM Modi is scheduled to stay in Jharkhand for about six hours. He will arrive at Birsa Munda Airport in Ranchi at 8:45 A.M. on Sunday, then travel to Jamshedpur by helicopter and proceed to Tatanagar Railway Station from Sonari Airport.

Authorities have implemented stringent security measures for the visit, deploying over 3,000 police officers and jawans. Senior IAS and IPS officers are overseeing the security arrangements. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will arrive a day earlier to review the preparations.

The visit is expected to energize the BJP’s election campaign in Jharkhand.
