PM Modi Pledges Action On Infiltration; Accuses Congress-RJD Of Betraying Bihar

Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared it ‘Modi’s guarantee’ to ensure every poor person in the country obtains a permanent home. He attacked the Congress and RJD for neglecting Seemanchal, shielding infiltrators, and fostering corruption during his public rally in Purnea.

PM Modi claimed the NDA government has already built 4 crore homes for the poor and plans another 3 crore.

During his visit, he unveiled and laid the foundation stone for projects totalling ₹40,000 crore across Bihar. He also stated that over 40,000 people have received permanent homes under the PM Awas Yojana.

Strong Message to Opposition

Turning his remarks to the Congress‑RJD combine, PM Modi accused them of protecting illegal foreigners and changing the region’s demography.

“Every infiltrator will have to go,” he said, underlining the NDA’s commitment to tackling infiltration.

He also lashed out at dynastic politics, accusing the opposition of caring only about accumulating wealth for themselves rather than serving the people.

Women, Votes, and Vision

PM Modi addressed women and mothers in the crowd, claiming they have punished Congress and RJD for years of lawlessness.

He painted the NDA as pro‑poor and contrasted its achievements with what he described as the opposition’s neglect of Bihar.

“Those who exploited Bihar and betrayed this land feel threatened by the state’s development,” he said.

Officials adorned Purnea with banners, welcome gates, and cut-outs ahead of his speech, while the SPG, CRPF, and local police deployed heavy security to maintain order.

The PM’s visit, he noted, marks one of the largest development packages announced for Bihar in recent years, with emphasis on infrastructure, housing, connectivity, power, and water supply.

As Bihar heads into Assembly polls, this rally served as a key moment in the political narrative.

PM Modi positioned the NDA as the only force capable of delivering both justice and development, pledging accountability for corruption and voicing strong resolve against infiltration.

He stressed that his agenda will not rest until every poor household has a permanent roof over its head, and the Congress‑RJD alliance is held to account.
