The PMO stated that PM Modi expressed satisfaction with the progress in trade, technology, energy, defence, and people-to-people ties between the two countries.

Shared Commitment to the Global South

EAM Jaishankar emphasised that India and Egypt share a commitment to the progress of the Global South, strengthening the independence and freedom of choice for nations in world affairs.

He described the Strategic Dialogue as a milestone in bilateral relations, noting intensified cooperation since the elevation of the relationship to a Strategic Partnership in 2023.
