PM Modi Highlights Youth’s Role In Nation Building As Government Marks 11 Years Of Development

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday expressed his joy at the pivotal role young people are playing in shaping the nation, reflecting his government’s ongoing commitment to empowering the youth.

In a message posted on X, the Prime Minister pointed to the new education policy, skill development initiatives, and support for start-ups as key factors that have transformed the youth into vital partners in India’s journey towards becoming a developed nation.

Taking to X, PM Modi posted, “In the last 11 years, our government has made continuous efforts to empower the youth. With the new education policy and focus on skill development and start-ups, our youth have become important partners in the resolution of ‘Developed India’. It is a matter of great happiness for us that today the youth of the country is playing a leading role in nation-building.”

The year 2025 marks the 11th anniversary of PM Modi’s administration.

To commemorate this milestone, the central government released an e-book showcasing its achievements over this period.

“The government has dedicated these 11 years to bringing about development that is inclusive, progressive, and sustainable. Under Prime Minister Modi, it has been steadfast in its commitment to creating equity and opportunity for all citizens,” the publication noted.

PM Modi Mainstream Development Politics ‘Vikasvaad’

PM Modi has brought the concept of development politics, or ‘Vikasvaad’, into the mainstream, making it the central focus of political discussions and policy-making.

The e-book highlighted, “In the last 11 years, there has been a paradigm shift in public service delivery and the implementation of government schemes using the JAM Trinity – Jan Dhan, Aadhaar, and Mobile.”

This comprehensive approach to development and welfare has provided lasting empowerment for marginalised communities, enabling them to become aspirational and self-reliant.

On environmental matters, the book states, “Under PM Modi, India has championed environmental protection globally, emerging as a leader of the movement. Like the environment, under PM Modi’s leadership, India is also committed to the preservation and promotion of its rich cultural heritage. The United Nations declared June 21st as International Yoga Day, an acknowledgement of the global recognition of Indian heritage.”

The mention of Operation SINDOOR’s success describes it as an example of a new India acting with resolve, speed, and sovereignty.

“After first assuming elected office in 2001 as Chief Minister of Gujarat and then becoming the Prime Minister of India in 2014, PM Narendra Modi has set a new benchmark in reforms and governance which has become a model for inclusive development not just for India but for many parts of the world,” the book added.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi first took oath on 26 May 2014 and is currently serving his third consecutive term in office.
