PM Modi Highlights India’s Growth Built On Credibility, Stability & Sustained Reforms

Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that India’s economic ascent is anchored in credibility, stability, and long-term confidence.

He highlighted the cumulative impact of sustained reforms across multiple sectors, from labour laws and trade agreements to logistics, energy, and markets, noting that these measures are laying a solid foundation for future growth.

In a post on X, PM Modi referred to Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri’s write-up on ‘Reform Express 2025’, describing the initiative as a reflection of consistent governance that systematically addresses bottlenecks week after week.

PM Modi emphasised that these steady reforms have strengthened investor confidence and enhanced the ease of doing business in India.

“Union Minister Shri @HardeepSPuri writes on Reform Express 2025. He reflects on the quiet, cumulative work of governance that cleared bottlenecks week after week,” PM Modi noted.

Wide-Ranging Reforms Build Long-Term Economic Base

PM Modi outlined that reforms ranging from modern labour codes and major trade agreements to the Securities Market Code Bill and the Indian Ports Act 2025 are creating a robust base for long-term economic expansion.

He further noted that the SHANTI Bill marks a significant step towards modernising India’s civil nuclear framework.

The Prime Minister emphasised that reforms follow a deliberate and structured approach, including the modernisation of labour compliance, digitisation of trade processes, enhancement of logistics networks, improved market oversight, and reduction of risks in long-term energy investments.

These measures collectively reinforce India’s credibility and stability on the global stage.

According to Hardeep Singh Puri, as cited by PM Modi, India’s steady governance stands out in a global environment often marked by political instability.

By addressing challenges gradually and systematically rather than through sudden, disruptive changes, the government ensures continuity and confidence in the economy.

PM Modi underlined that the ongoing reforms, combined with a stable governance framework, are creating a conducive environment for sustained economic growth, boosting India’s global competitiveness, and ensuring long-term confidence for investors and citizens alike.

Through Reform Express 2025, India is positioning itself for a future of stability, credibility, and consistent progress, strengthening its economic and strategic standing in the world.
