Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday conveyed warm greetings to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on the occasion of his 55th birthday.
Taking to the social media platform X, the Prime Minister posted, “Birthday greetings to the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Shri Rahul Gandhi. May he be blessed with a long and healthy life. @RahulGandhi“
Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also extended his wishes, writing, “Greetings to the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Shri @RahulGandhi on his birthday. May he be blessed with good health and a long life.”

May this occasion bring joy and the year ahead be filled with health and prosperity.
Rahul Gandhi was born on June 19, 1970, at Delhi’s Holy Family Hospital.
He is the eldest child of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi.
He hails from a prominent political lineage—grandson of Indira Gandhi and great-grandson of Jawaharlal Nehru, India’s first PM.
His paternal grandfather, Feroze Gandhi, was a Parsi from Gujarat.
To mark Rahul Gandhi’s birthday, IYC organised a major job fair at Delhi’s Talkatora Stadium.
The event is hosting over 100 companies and multinational firms, offering more than 5,000 job opportunities across sectors.
According to IYC, the fair aims to directly connect young job seekers with employers, providing them with meaningful employment opportunities.
The initiative further aligns with Gandhi’s consistent focus on youth empowerment and job creation.
