The reshuffle took place on August 17, 2026, under BJP president Nitin Nabin. It brings several experienced leaders into key national roles.
The new structure includes 13 national vice presidents. The group features former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje and Ram Madhav.
The party has appointed eight national general secretaries. Former Union Minister Smriti Irani is among them. Union Minister Piyush Goyal has been named the BJP’s national treasurer.
PM Modi expressed confidence in the newly formed team. He said its members would bring energy and organisational strength to the party’s work.
