Shocking photos of Renukaswamy’s brutal torture in the kidnap and murder case involving Kannada superstar Darshan surfaced on Thursday. These images were reportedly submitted as part of a 3,991-page chargesheet to the 24th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) court on Wednesday.
One photo shows a shirtless Renukaswamy, visibly terrified and in tears, sitting on the ground in front of parked trucks. Another image shows him unconscious in front of a truck, in a vest and blue jeans.
Although the police have not officially commented on the leaked photos, sources revealed that these images were found on the mobile phone of Pavan, one of Darshan’s associates and an accused in the case.

According to sources, Pavan took the photos after Renukaswamy’s kidnapping and showed them to Darshan while he was at a pub. He informed Darshan that Renukaswamy had been kidnapped and was being tortured in a shed. Darshan later brought Pavithra Gowda to the shed, where they continued the assault on Renukaswamy.
Renukaswamy’s father, Kashipathy Shivanagoudar, expressed the family’s deep anguish over the case but said he was not ready to speak further. His uncle, Shadakshari, stated they had not yet received the chargesheet, adding, “Not even our enemy should go through this phase.”
Renukaswamy was kidnapped on June 8 from Chitradurga, tortured to death in Bengaluru, and his body was dumped in a canal. The incident came to light when security personnel spotted dogs dragging his body.
It is worth mentioning that Darshan with his over 15 aids abducted and killed Renukaswamy, a pharmaceutical executive for sending lewd and obscene messages and photos to Pavithra Gowda. Pavithra Gowda is a close associate to Actor Darshan and key accused in the case.
The 3,991-page chargesheet in kidnapping and murder case by Darshan reveals actress Pavithra Gowda as prime suspect. Gowda instigated, conspired and actively participated in murder and Renukaswamy’s brutal Torture. Gowda is a long time close associate to Darshan.
