Earlier, officers would receive instruction through the handbook or be conveyed during briefings. The innovative approach makes essential information accessible while bringing transparency and awareness as it ensures widespread directives.

Moreover, to ensure 100 percent voter turnout among Delhi’s business community, The Chamber of Trade and Industry (CTI) will launch a comprehensive election campaign. The Chamber has announced to felicitate the top 10 markets with the highest voter turnout by offering them special prizes.

Notably, Delhi will cast a vote on 5 February to elect the 18th government in the national capital. Aam Aadmi Party is eyeing for third consecutive term while BJP is leaving no stone unturned to end its over 2-decade exile. Congress is also trying hard to get back its public base as it had ruled the territory for 3 consecutive terms amid narrowing popularity.

A significant number of 699 candidates are in the race for the 70 assembly seats in Delhi.
