People in Telangana Are Furious With BRS, No One Wants KCR To Return: Amit Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah asserted on Monday that there was “anger” among the populace in Telangana toward the ruling BRS and that they did not want the K Chandrasekhar Rao-led government to retake power.

Speaking at a Huzurabad election rally, the top BJP official claimed he had traveled to Telangana for the campaign and that, as a result of widespread “anger” against the BRS government, “no one wants the KCR government to come back to power.”

Shah, criticising the BRS and Congress for their ‘parivarvaad’ (dynasty) rule, declared that BC would produce the chief minister should the BJP be elected by the people. But if they support Congress or the BRS, a specific family will provide the CM.

He said that the decision to appoint a BC as Telangana’s chief minister was made by the Bharatiya Janata Party and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. “And hence, the time has come to give VRS to BRS and the time has come to send their vehicle (BRS symbol car) to the garage,” Shah stated.

“Is it necessary to replace this KCR government on November 30 or not? “Shah questioned the assembly if a member of the Backward Caste ought to be appointed chief minister or not.

He stated that the BJP must be elected in order to overthrow the BRS government. Shah restated his claim that the Congress and the ruling BRS in Telangana had worked out an arrangement for KCR to become chief minister once more and that KCR would then assist Rahul Gandhi in becoming prime minister.

“To be clear, there isn’t a vacancy in the prime minister’s position. Narendra Modi ji will take over as prime minister in 2024 as well, according to Shah. He claimed that the BRS was joined by the Congress MLAs who had won the prior elections. “A vote for Congress means a vote for BRS and corruption,” he claimed.

Shah accused the Congress, BRS, and Asaduddin Owaisi-led AIMIM of being dynastic parties that support corruption and that voting for any of them is equivalent to supporting corruption.

He also accused the three parties of caving into the demands of the minority. Hyderabad Liberation Day is September 17, the day the princely state of Hyderabad joined the Indian Union in 1948. Shah claimed that KCR does not observe this day “out of fear of Owaisi”. “Due to fear of Owaisi, he (KCR) gave four per cent reservation to the minority and we will abolish the four per cent Muslim reservation and provide the benefit to OBCs, SCs and STs,” he stated.

He enumerated the Telangana development projects carried out by the Modi administration.

Shah also emphasized the Telangana BJP’s platform for the Legislative Assembly elections, which calls for the appointment of a leader of the backward caste as the state’s chief minister in the event of the party’s election, the removal of fuel price VAT, and a pledge to provide free darshan at the Lord Ram temple in Ayodhya.

The head of the BJP made a plea to the populace to make sure that Eatala Rajender, the incumbent MLA from the Huzurabad constituency, wins with a resounding majority.

KCR is facing off against Rajender in the Gajwel constituency as well.

“I am confident Rajender ji will prevail from Huzurabad, and you will see to it that he does. Shah implored the people, “His (Rajender) victory margin should be so high that a signal should go to KCR.” “What was his (Rajender) mistake, because he opposed to corruption and ‘parivarvaad’, he was made victim by KCR,” Shah stated. A senior BRS leader, Rajender was previously dismissed by KCR from the State Cabinet due to accusations of land-grabbing.

Rajender resigned as an MLA after rejecting the accusations. After joining the BJP, he was elected in a by-election.
