Pasmanda Muslim Samaj Utthan Samiti Declares Support For BJP In Delhi Elections

In a significant move ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections, the Pasmanda Muslim Samaj Utthan Samiti Sangh called a core committee meeting in Chandbagh, North East Delhi, where members unanimously passed a resolution to support the BJP.

The announcement was made at a press conference by the organization’s chief patron Irfan Ahmed, National President Ahsan, and Delhi State President Haji Muhammad Iqbal. They emphasized that the organization is working to uplift the Pasmanda Muslim community across India.

The leaders highlighted the benefits the Pasmanda Muslim community has gained from the Modi government’s public welfare schemes. They argued that under the current government, the community has seen significant progress. According to them, past governments, including Congress, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), and former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, failed to provide the community with basic facilities despite receiving their votes.

Since 2014, they said, the Modi government has worked to integrate the Pasmanda Muslim community into the national mainstream, focusing on their development through various welfare initiatives. The organization’s national leadership and Delhi state president plan to campaign among the Pasmanda Muslim community, urging them to vote for BJP candidates in the upcoming election.

Notably, the Pasmanda Muslim community, which makes up 70% of Delhi’s Muslim population, will be encouraged to support the BJP. BJP’s five-time MLA from Karawal Nagar, Mohan Singh Bisht, also attended the press conference.

The resolution concluded with a commitment from the Pasmanda Muslim Samaj Utthan Samiti Sangh to fully support the BJP and its lotus symbol in every possible way – physically, mentally, and financially.
