Nita Ambani Remembers Childhood Days; Celebrates Garba With Falguni Pathak At Radiance Dandiya

India is immersed in the joy of Navratri, with Dussehra celebrations also marking the triumph of good over evil.

Business leaders, celebrities, and devotees alike are enthusiastically organising and participating in Dandiya nights across the country.

In Mumbai, the Jio World Convention Centre witnessed a grand celebration with the ‘Queen of Garba’, Falguni Pathak, performing live at the Radiance Dandiya festival.

Among the prominent attendees was Nita Ambani, Founder and Chairperson of Reliance Foundation, who not only attended but also took part in the vibrant Garba celebrations.

Devotees sang devotional songs and bhajans dedicated to Goddess Durga and her nine avatars, and celebrated with traditional dance and festive cheer.

Nita Ambani joined the celebrations wholeheartedly, offering prayers and embracing the joy of Garba with thousands of attendees. She also addressed the gathering, expressing her delight at being part of the special Navratri celebration.

Warm Welcome by Falguni Pathak

As Nita Ambani arrived at the event, she was warmly welcomed by the celebrated singer Falguni Pathak, who greeted her with respect.

Ambani responded by praising Pathak, acknowledging her talent and long-standing contribution to Navratri festivities. The two women shared the stage in a symbolic moment that blended tradition, celebration, and personal memories.

In her address to the crowd, Nita Ambani fondly recalled her early memories of Navratri.

She spoke about dancing through all nine days of the festival as a child and expressed how the celebrations with Falguni Pathak brought those beautiful memories back.

She further revealed that she has known Pathak for more than 25 years, describing their bond as one built on admiration and shared cultural values.

The Ambani family also celebrated Navratri with grandeur at their Mumbai residence, Antilia, where they performed traditional rituals, including Garba and Dandiya dances, along with prayers dedicated to Goddess Durga.

Nita Ambani conducted a special puja at home before attending the Radiance Dandiya festival. Her presence at both events reflected her devotion and her ability to balance religious, social, and professional commitments.

Nita Ambani’s participation at the Radiance Dandiya festival highlighted her deep connection with Indian traditions while also showcasing the growing popularity of cultural events in modern venues like the Jio World Convention Centre.

Her involvement, alongside the iconic Falguni Pathak, underlined the enduring relevance of Garba and Dandiya as not only cultural expressions but also as occasions that bring communities together in joy and devotion.
