Nine Arrests Made In Baba Siddique Murder Case; Zeeshan Siddique’s Cryptic Message Sparks Speculation

The investigation into the assassination of NCP leader Baba Siddique has intensified, with authorities making nine arrests so far.

Amid the ongoing probe, his son, MLA Zeeshan Siddique, posted a cryptic message on social media that has drawn significant attention.

Taking to X, Zeeshan posted, “Not all that is hidden sleeps, Nor all that is visible speaks,” a statement that has left many puzzled.

While the post doesn’t directly address his father’s death, its timing has raised eyebrows, leading to speculation over its meaning.

Some believe it may allude to the complexities surrounding the investigation, while others view it as a reflection of his grief.

Since his father’s murder, Zeeshan Siddique has called for justice and cautioned against using the tragedy as a political spectacle. He insists that no one should exploit his father’s death for political gain and emphasizes the need for serious attention to the matter.

On 12 October, assailants shot Baba Siddique near his son’s office in Bandra, Mumbai.

In a major breakthrough, officials apprehended five additional suspects in Panvel and Karjat during raids on Friday, adding to the four already in custody, bringing the total number of arrests to nine.

In a separate and controversial development, a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed that Baba Siddique had links with Dawood Ibrahim, one of India’s most wanted fugitives.

While the investigation is ongoing, this claim has raised questions about possible underworld connections, although authorities have not confirmed this angle.

Security Tightened For Salman Khan After Threat Following Baba Siddique’s Murder

In the wake of Baba Siddique’s murder, the Mumbai Police have also beefed up security for Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.

Reports suggest that the actor received a threatening message demanding Rs 5 crore to settle his issues with Lawrence Bishnoi, the imprisoned gangster.

As the case continues to unravel, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who also handles the Home portfolio, has taken a keen interest in the investigation.

Zeeshan Siddique recently met with Fadnavis and urged the government to thoroughly investigate his father’s murder and resist political pressures to sideline the case.

With the investigation progressing and more arrests likely, the mystery surrounding Baba Siddique’s assassination continues to deepen.

Authorities remain focused on uncovering the truth, as the case increasingly appears to involve elements of both political and criminal intrigue.
