NIA Files Chargesheet Against Pro-Khalistan Gangster Arshdeep Singh

A significant development has unfolded as the NIA filed a chargesheet against Arshdeep Singh, also known as Arsh Dala, along with his three associates.

The chargesheet, submitted to the special NIA court at Patiala House Court, sheds light on their alleged involvement in a pro-Khalistan terror gangster network spanning across various states.

The chargesheet identifies Arsh Dala and his Indian counterparts, Harjeet Singh (alias Harry Maur), Ravinder Singh (alias Rajwinder Singh or Harry Rajpura), and Rajiv Kumar (alias Sheela), as members of a sleeper cell operated by Dala.

According to the investigation so far, this network was allegedly plotting terror attacks in Punjab and Delhi under the instructions of Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) terrorist Dala.

According to the NIA, Rajiv Kumar gave Harry Maur and Harry Rajpura refuge and logistical support while they carried out targeted assassinations in their capacity as sleeper cells. According to the chargesheet, Rajiv Kumar assisted the other two colleagues in obtaining money and weapons on Arsh Dala’s orders.

Harry Rajpura and Harry Maur were captured after their arrests on November 23, 2023, while Rajiv Kumar was placed under arrest on January 12, 2024. According to the NIA, work is still being done to break up the whole terrorist-gangster network that Arsh Dala is said to have been behind.N
