On January 13, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off this cruise.

MV Ganga Vilas Cruise (MV Ganga Vilas) will go on a journey of 52 days. During this, after passing through Bangladesh for 15 days, it will go to Dibrugarh in Assam via Brahmaputra river. This will be the longest journey undertaken by a river cruise.

MV Ganga Vilas Cruise (MV Ganga Vilas) runs with a length of 62 meters, a width of 12 meters and a draft of 1.4 meters. It has three decks. There are 18 suites on board this cruise with a capacity of 36 tourists. It has luxury facilities like a five-star hotel for the passengers, such as restaurant, music, gym, spa etc.

During the journey of this cruise, passengers will visit thousands of places like World Heritage Sites, National Parks, Rivers, Ghats, Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, Patna in Bihar, Sahibganj in Jharkhand, Bhubaneshwar in Odisha, Kolkata in West Bengal, Guwahati in Assam, Dhaka in Bangladesh. But there will be a chance to roam and explore.

Its restaurant has a buffet counter of delicious Indian dishes as well as foreign dishes. Apart from this, there is also a coffee table along with outdoor seating on the top deck.

Talking about the fare, no concrete information has been given yet. But experts say that one day’s rent per person can be up to Rs 25,000. Along with this, it is also being told that the fare for foreign and Indian passengers in this cruise will be the same.
