The Madhya Pradesh government has suggested giving the Culture Department Rs 1,081 crore so that it can create “Shri Krishna Patheya” in accordance with the “Ram Van Gaman Path.”
Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Devda, who is also in charge of finance, made the declaration on Wednesday. The announcement was made at the Assembly’s annual budget presentation for the fiscal year 2024–25.
During their exile, Lord Ram, Sita, and Lakshman traveled the Ram Van Gaman Path. In 2020, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the then-chief minister, made the project announcement.

The development of Shri ‘Krishna Patheya’ in accordance with the Ram Van Gaman Path was declared by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav last month. The Wednesday budget announcement also made reference to the same.
The state’s Lord Krishna-related locations will be transformed into pilgrimage destinations under the proposed proposal.
The Culture Department is researching the Madhya Pradesh locations connected to Lord Krishna in great detail, officials recently informed IANS.
It is thought that Lord Krishna visited the Sandipani Ashram in Ujjain to further his studies. In addition, he made a number of other trips around the state.
