MLA Rajeshwar Singh Condemns Sarojini Nagar Incident, Criticizes Samajwadi Party On Social Media

MLA Rajeshwar Singh, representing the Sarojini Nagar assembly constituency of Uttar Pradesh, has taken to social media to criticize the Samajwadi Party, citing various instances of casteism, appeasement, hooliganism, and brutal murders during their rule in Uttar Pradesh. In a detailed post on ‘X’, Singh highlighted the achievements of the current BJP government in contrast to the previous Samajwadi Party regime.

Highlighting SP’s Failures

In his post, Singh questioned the Samajwadi Party’s record on governance, stating, “How many times will the wooden pot be put on fire.” He pointed out that those who now preach good governance had a questionable record themselves. Singh criticized the Samajwadi Party’s history of caste politics, appeasement, and the mentality that sought to create divisions between Ram and Parshuram.

Remembering Past Atrocities

Rajeshwar Singh reminded the public of several incidents under the Samajwadi Party’s rule:

– The killing of 40 Ram bhakts during the SP regime.
– The dragging of CO Shri Rajesh Sahni from Kaiserbagh to Hazratganj by goons protected by the SP.
– The brutal murder of CO Ziaul Haq in Kunda.
– The shaming of UP Police by the murder of City SP Mukul Dwivedi in Mathura.
– The attempt to withdraw cases against 19 notorious terrorists, including those involved in the 2013 Sankat Mochan Temple attack in Varanasi.
– The 2014 gangrape and murder of two minor girls in Badaun, where the police blamed the family under the guise of honour killing.
– The 2004 murder of BJP booth president Neeraj Mishra, who had opposed booth capturing by the current SP chief during the Lok Sabha elections in Kannauj.

Crime Statistics Under SP Rule

Rajeshwar Singh detailed the crime statistics during the SP rule, noting that one-third of the incidents in the country occurred in UP, with daily averages of:

– 13 murders
– 24 rapes
– 21 attempted rapes
– 33 kidnappings
– 19 riots
– 136 thefts
– A total of 7650 crime incidents per day

Yogi Government’s Good Governance

Rajeshwar Singh praised the current Yogi Adityanath-led government for its strict stance against crime and criminals, emphasizing that there is no place for such elements in today’s Uttar Pradesh. He criticized the Samajwadi Party leaders for exploiting tragic incidents for political gain, instead of genuinely supporting the victims’ families.

The Sarojini Nagar Incident

Referring to a recent tragic incident in Sarojini Nagar, Singh expressed solidarity with the victims and assured that all the accused had been arrested. Four policemen guilty of negligence were suspended. Singh reiterated the commitment of the Yogi government to maintaining law and order and ensuring justice for all citizens.
