The Maharashtra BJP has pledged to work diligently for the success of the MahaYuti alliance in the upcoming Assembly elections. Maharashtra BJP chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule expressed confidence following a series of interactive meetings with Union Home Minister Amit Shah during his recent two-day visit to the state.
Bawankule stated that the party’s grassroots mobilization efforts will intensify, with workers committed to engaging with voters directly to counter what he described as “false propaganda” from the Maha Vikas Aghadi coalition. He emphasized that BJP workers will highlight the accomplishments of both the central and state governments while promoting various development and welfare schemes.

During his meetings across Vidarbha, Marathwada, West, and North Maharashtra, Shah encouraged party members to strengthen the organizational framework down to the booth level and to increase voter turnout on election day. He stressed the importance of connecting with the public and recognizing beneficiaries of government schemes.
Bawankule noted that Shah set ambitious targets for the party, aiming for victories in 45 of the 62 seats in Vidarbha and 30 out of 46 in Marathwada. He also warned against rebellion and internal conflicts, urging party unity to ensure not only the success of BJP candidates but also of its allies, Shiv Sena and NCP.
“We will adhere to the fundamental strategies provided by the Union Home Minister to enhance our organizational strength and showcase the performance of the double-engine government to the electorate,” Bawankule concluded, affirming the party’s commitment to retaining the MahaYuti government in Maharashtra.
