‘Land Of Glorious Heritage’: PM Modi Greets Madhya Pradesh On Foundation Day

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday extended greetings to the people of Madhya Pradesh on the occasion of the state’s Foundation Day, describing it as a land of glorious heritage, rich culture and stunning natural beauty.

In a post on X, the Prime Minister highlighted the state’s historical significance, cultural heritage and contributions to agriculture, industry, tourism, education and infrastructure.

“Heartfelt greetings to all brothers and sisters of Madhya Pradesh on the State Foundation Day! Our state is a land of glorious heritage, rich culture, and stunning natural beauty,” PM Modi wrote, adding that its world-renowned heritage sites further strengthen its historical identity.

मध्य प्रदेश के सभी भाई-बहनों को राज्य के स्थापना दिवस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं!

हमारा यह प्रदेश गौरवशाली विरासत, समृद्ध संस्कृति और अद्भुत प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य की भूमि है। यहां के विश्वविख्यात धरोहर स्थल इसकी ऐतिहासिक पहचान को और भव्य बनाते हैं।

मध्य प्रदेश के लोगों ने अपनी प्रतिभा और उद्यमशीलता से हर क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय योगदान दिया है। कृषि, उद्योग, पर्यटन, शिक्षा और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर से लेकर इनोवेशन तक, प्रदेश नित-नई उपलब्धियां हासिल कर रहा है। अपने सर्वांगीण विकास के साथ आत्मनिर्भर भारत के निर्माण में भी यह अहम भूमिका निभा रहा है।

He also praised the people of Madhya Pradesh for their talent and enterprise, saying their contributions across various sectors had helped the state achieve new milestones. He highlighted its role in strengthening the vision of an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Prime Minister expressed hope that the occasion would bring happiness, peace and prosperity to the people.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also greeted the people, highlighting industrial growth, investment, agriculture and tourism.

He called for inclusive development and equal opportunities, saying heritage and development had become the state’s defining identity.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also extended greetings, invoking the Narmada and Madhya Pradesh’s spiritual heritage. He wished the state further progress in good governance, development and public welfare.
