ISRO Shares Visuals Of Pragyaan Rover Rolling Out Of Vikram’s Belly; Have a Look At It

ISRO – Indian Space Research Organization has continuously been sharing updates and images since the successful soft landing of Chandrayaan 3 on the moon’s surface. On Friday, the space organization released a video of Chandrayaan 3 Pragyaan Rover ramping down from the Lander to the Lunar surface. The 30-second video was shared on the official X (former Twitter) handle of ISRO.

The video was taken to X which shared the mesmerizing visual of Pragyaan Rover rolling out of the belly of Vikram Lander. Vikram was safely carrying the rover all through this while. The video starts with the message saying, “Rollout of the Rover from the Lander as observed by Lander Imager Camera”. The rollout took place on the 23rd of August which is the date of landing, as mentioned in the video.

Reactions on the post

In just an hour of posting the video, it got 95,200 views and 14,800 likes. They are only going to increase with every minute passing. An X user reacted, “We are proud of this mission.” The most attractive comment down the video was by an account going by the name ‘Narendra Modi (Parody)’. It shared a cartoon image as a striking attack on a cartoon posted by the New York Times back in 2014. The New York Times Cartoon was derogatory to India and Indians. Which basically delivered the idea that India is too poor to join the ‘Elite Space Club’ of nations who have been on the moon.

The carton image from the X user on the other side showed the auspicious date of 23rd August which depicted those elite nations waiting in line to land their spacecraft on the South Pole of the Moon. India became the first nation to be able to land their moon mission on the south pole of the lunar surface.
