IPS Jitendra Tripathi: IPS officer Jitendra Mani Tripathi of Delhi Police has done something which is being discussed a lot. Jitendra Mani Tripathi posted in Metro unit has lost 45 kg weight in just 9 months. Tripathi, who was 129 kg, is now 84 kg. The Delhi Police Commissioner has also honored Jitendra Mani Tripathi for this motivation.

IPS Jitendra Mani Tripathi, posted in Delhi Metro, has shown that by losing 45 kg weight within just 9 months, it will happen by just thinking and not by doing. Jitendra Mani Tripathi considers this achievement very important for himself. By staying fit, Jitendra has become a source of inspiration for the one lakh member Delhi Police and people across the country.

When Jitendra Mani Tripathi got himself examined in the health camp of Delhi Police, he was shocked… Jitendra Mani Tripathi was surrounded by diseases like high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes… Surrounded by diseases, this IPS decided that he would lose his increasing weight.
