The India Islamic Cultural Centre (IICC) will host the 5th Memorial Lecture on Bharat Ratna Dr APJ Abdul Kalam on Tuesday, 9 September 2025.
The event will start at 5:30 PM, and guests must be seated by 5:15 PM at the IICC, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari will deliver the lecture. He will reflect on the life and journey of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, fondly known as the ‘People’s President’.
Moreover, he will share insights on Dr Kalam’s vision for India’s growth and his inspirational role in public life.
The IICC, in association with the SM Khan Foundation, is organising this memorial lecture.
The event will celebrate and commemorate Dr Kalam’s enduring legacy. Furthermore, it will highlight his contributions as a scientist, visionary, and statesman.
Dr Kalam continues to inspire millions across India. Therefore, the IICC’s initiative reaffirms his timeless influence on the nation’s values and progress.
