Senior members of the Hindi-speaking community today visited athlete Aishwarya Kailash Mishra at his place. She won the silver medal for India in the Asian Games. During this, Mumbai BJP Vice President Acharya Pawan Tripathi, senior journalist Brajmohan Pandey, BJP Secretary Gyanmurthy Sharma, advocate Mukesh Pandey, Shiv Sena leader Ram Yadav and others honored Aishwarya Kailash Mishra by giving her an incentive amount of Rs 1 lakh.
Its partner Hindi Bhasha Samaj has demanded from the Maharashtra government that all the players who won gold, silver and other medals for India in the Asian Games should be given positions in government jobs as per their merit. Very soon, people of Hindi community will meet Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Chief Minister Eknath Shinde regarding this demand.
