On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla offered a glowing tribute to the leader, hailing him as the visionary behind the dream of ‘One India – Excellent India’.
The Governor commended PM Modi’s leadership style, which he said transcends traditional governance and champions national transformation.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta described PM Modi as a ‘trailblazer of a developed India’, praising his unwavering dedication to the ideals of Nation First, Antyodaya (upliftment of the last person), and Aatmanirbhar Bharat (self-reliant India).
She noted that his leadership has brought dignity to the marginalised and infused new energy into the national capital’s development.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma also joined in the celebrations, calling PM Modi the ‘most popular Prime Minister in the world’ and a ‘flag-bearer of Indian culture’.
He highlighted PM Modi’s impact on development, empowerment, and India’s elevated global profile.
“I pray to Maa Kamakhya and Srimanta Shankardev to give you a long life, good health and infinite energy; and under your able leadership, we all may always remain dedicated to the work of national service and public welfare,” CM Sarma wrote.
