Prayagraj: Allahabad High Court granted bail to Rajiv Nayan Mishra, the main accused in the RO-ARO paper leak case. Rajiv Nayan has also been the mastermind of the UP Police constable recruitment paper leak case. The bail was granted by single bench of Justice Sanjay Kumar Pachauri of the High Court.
The said case was registered in Civil Lines police station of Prayagraj. On March 2, UP Public Service Commission Secretary Ashok Kumar had lodged a case in Civil Lines police station of Prayagraj in the RO-ARO paper leak case. In the police investigation, Rajiv Nayan Mishra’s name had emerged as the mastermind.
According to prosecution RO/ARO paper was held on 11 February 2024. Rajiv Nayan Mishra’s name came to the fore after the paper leak. Rajiv has been caught in the paper leak case of a total of 4 recruitment exams so far. It was alleged that in all the four exams, he had received more than 50 lakh rupees before the exam.
Rajiv continued in this business even after being involved in many paper leak cases and going to jail. He emerged as the mastermind in the UP Police recruitment and RO/ARO examination. He had taken the RO/ARO paper from printing press employee Sushil Raghuvanshi for Rs 10 lakh.
He had sent that paper to about 15 people. If we believe the people who have been caught so far, Rajiv had received about 1 crore rupees. More than 10 lakh candidates had appeared in the RO/ARO recruitment exam and more than 40 lakh candidates had appeared in the police constable recruitment.
Rajiv Nayan Mishra , who got bail earlier in Meerut, Noida and Kaushambi cases, hasalready got bail from Allahabad High Court in the cases registered in Meerut, Noida and Kaushambi. Kaushambi police has imposed gangster charges on 23 members including mastermind Rajiv Nayan Mishra in the RO/ARO paper leak case. Kaushambi police has taken action against gangster on the basis of cases registered in Manjhanpur, Kokhraj and Civil Lines police station of Prayagraj.
