Allahabad High Court has reserved its verdict on the petition demanding survey of the Shahi Eidgah complex in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Eidgah dispute case.
Passing the above said order Chief Justice Mr Justice Pritinkar Diwakar and Justice Ashutosh Srivastava had sought information from the state government on August 24.
The petitioner’s council said that under an agreement, out of 13.37 acres of Krishna Janmabhoomi land, 11.37 acres of land was handed over to the Janmabhoomi temple and the remaining 2.37 acres of land was handed over to Shahi Idgah.
The petition has also demanded ASI to conduct a scientific survey. In this case, Additional Advocate General Manish Goyal has presented the side of the state government.
The hearing on the petition demanding court commission was completed. A court commission has been demanded from the Hindu side. The decision has been reserved after the hearing that lasted for about 3 hours. Now the hearing of all 16 cases will start together in the High Court.
The council from Shri Krishana Janambhoomi, pleaded that that the Muslim side is erasing the evidence of Hindu architecture present in the Shahi Idgah. Therefore, it is necessary to survey the disputed site soon. Meanwhile the Muslim side has filed an SLP in the Supreme Court, which has opposed hearing in the High Court.
The Hindu side says that till now there is no stay from the Supreme Court regarding the hearing in the High Court.While hearing this matter, the division bench of Allahabad High Court Chief
