Anup Mishra, a 19-year-old B.Tech Cyber Security student from Ram Swaroop College in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, is battling end-stage chronic kidney disease. He is currently undergoing treatment at SGPGI Lucknow and is schedule to receive a kidney transplant. However, the financial burden of the transplant has become overwhelming for his family.

In a bid to alleviate Anup’s suffering, several social workers and journalists took to social media, appealing to Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group, and the Adani Foundation for support.
