Felix Hospitals organised a one-day spiritual workshop, Manifest Your Way to Success, on 3 August at Panchsheel Balak Inter College, Sector-91, Noida.
The event aimed to promote mental health awareness and inspire people to harness their inner strength through meditation, breathwork, and positive thinking.
Attending as the chief guest, Noida MLA and Uttar Pradesh BJP Vice President Shri Pankaj Singh praised the initiative.
He said, “In today’s era, it is very important to understand the importance of mental health. Ancient practices like meditation and sadhna can lead to peace of mind and a confident life.”
He called the workshop a milestone in spreading awareness across society.
The workshop was mentored by Shreyans Daga, Chairman of Pyramid Valley International and a well-known spiritual guru.
He introduced participants to practical techniques such as breathwork, ancient meditation, and positive visualisation to reduce mental stress and improve concentration.
Daga stressed that daily meditation not only enhances sleep quality but also boosts productivity and emotional balance.
“What we think, our brain creates. Positive thinking can give life a new direction,” he said.
Over the years, he has guided more than 20 lakh people in achieving self-power through conscious living.
Dr DK Gupta, Chairman of Felix Hospitals, stated, “In our hectic lives, achieving inner peace is the biggest challenge. True success comes only by recognising and nurturing one’s inner strength.”
He assured that Felix Hospitals would continue such initiatives to promote mental well-being in society.
The workshop attracted over 500 participants, including youth, professionals, homemakers, and senior citizens. The sessions of guided meditation and breathwork left them feeling mentally refreshed.
Attendees also engaged in an open Q&A with Shreyans Daga, who addressed their personal concerns with simple and effective solutions. Many expressed how the workshop transformed their mindset and gave them confidence.
Dr Rashmi Gupta, Managing Director of Felix Hospitals, thanked all participants and noted, “Even 10 minutes of meditation can bring energy and positivity to your day. Meditation is not just a tool for peace—it’s a path to discovering the power within.”
The event marked a successful beginning to a broader movement for building emotional resilience and mental clarity through timeless spiritual practices.
