Engineering student who a bus conductor with a sharp edged weapon in Prayagraj, has admitted that he follows the ideology of Pakistan’s fundamentalist leader Khadim Maulana Hussain Rizvi. He use to watch the videos and due to the religious fanaticism he made a brutal attack on the conductor.
It may be recalled that few days back engineering student Lareb Hashmi attacked the bus conductor Harikesh Vishwakarma with a sharp edged weapon (chapad) and ran away after getting down from the bus. At the same time, accused engineering student Lareb Hashmi also released a video on social media after the attack. In this video the accused explained the reason for the attack on the conductor.
Later Lareb was arrested by police and while he was being taken to the place to recover the weapon used in the incident ,Lareb opened fire on the police. In retaliation, the police also opened fire in which he sustained bullet injury.
During interrogation Lareb as revealed that he is a big fan of mafia Atiq Ahmed. Wants to earn a name like him. Wants to be a powerful and big man. This is the reason why he started wearing a white turban n his head like Atiq. He was shocked after her murder. He has completed his revenge. Now he will be able to sleep peacefully.
According to senior police officials Lareb Hashmi believes in his ideology of Khadim Maulana Hussain Rizvi and was planning something big by following the footsteps of Pakistani fundamentalist. Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) and Intelligence Bureau (IB) have also tightened the noose on Lareb’s close friends and family. All of them are also being interrogated by the cops.
