Dr Dinesh Sharma Calls BJP Workers ‘Pure Gold’, Praises Their Dedication To The Party

Rajya Sabha MP and former Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Dr Dinesh Sharma described BJP workers as ‘pure gold’, saying their unwavering commitment and dedication have remained the party’s greatest strength.

Speaking at a large workers’ conference organised by the BJP Metropolitan Unit in Khoda, Ghaziabad, he said BJP workers make only genuine promises to the public and strive to fulfil them, unlike the Opposition, which, he alleged, makes commitments that remain unfulfilled.

Reflecting on the BJP’s early years, Dr Sharma said party workers had faced challenging circumstances as the organisation expanded.

He cited Etawah, once regarded as a Samajwadi Party stronghold, as an example where BJP workers continued to strengthen the party despite political opposition.

Highlighting their commitment, he recalled incidents in which party workers continued celebrating the BJP’s success even after their own shops had allegedly been set ablaze by political rivals.

Credits Leadership for Good Governance

Dr Sharma said years of sustained efforts by party workers had helped the BJP form governments at both the Centre and in Uttar Pradesh.

He credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath with establishing the rule of law and strengthening governance across the country and the state.

He added that the commitment displayed by BJP workers reflects the ideals of Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee, whose vision continues to guide the organisation.

The BJP Metropolitan Unit organised the conference as part of the Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee Birth Anniversary Remembrance Fortnight, where Dr Sharma addressed thousands of party workers as the chief guest.

Minister Sunil Sharma, BJP Metropolitan President Mayank Goyal, Regional Vice-President Man Singh Goswami, Metropolitan General Secretary Pankaj Bhardwaj, Gaurav Chopra, former BJP President Reena Bhati, Mandal President Jeetu Rai, Pankaj Valmiki, Yogesh Bhati, Devendra Giri, programme convener Devendra Yadav, master of ceremonies Bhanu Sisodia, and several other party leaders and workers attended the event.
