Digital Maha Kumbh 2025: Yogi Government Introduces Digital Gateways For Enhanced Security

In a groundbreaking move, the Yogi Adityanath-led government has launched four QR code-supported digital gateways to ensure robust security at Maha Kumbh 2025.

The initiative integrates cutting-edge technology to provide devotees with real-time security updates and a seamless communication channel with authorities. This step aims to elevate the safety and convenience of attendees while enhancing overall security arrangements.

Yogi-led Government Introduces Digital Security

The Maha Kumbh Police have introduced four “digital doors” powered by QR codes, which devotees can scan to access immediate security updates and report concerns. The codes are linked to popular social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, allowing users to stay connected to live security feeds and engage directly with senior police officers.

By scanning the QR code associated with each platform, devotees can access the Maha Kumbh Police’s dedicated pages, where they can receive real-time updates, send messages, and report issues. For example, scanning the X code connects users to the Kumbh Mela Police page, enabling instant communication with security officers. The same feature is available on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

The security system will operate around the clock, with “digital eyes” ensuring continuous monitoring throughout the event. The integration of digital tools guarantees that authorities can promptly address any security concerns raised by devotees.

Additionally, dedicated handles such as the Commissionerate Prayagraj and Mahakumbh Mela will provide emergency alerts and updates in real-time.

Commitment To Public Feedback And Transparency

The government has also committed to actively seeking public feedback on security matters. This engagement will allow for a responsive security system, making it more inclusive and accessible to all devotees. By using social media platforms and digital gateways, the authorities are enhancing communication, ensuring that the voices of attendees are heard and addressed promptly.

Yogi Government’s Vision For A Safe Maha Kumbh

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has emphasized that this year’s Maha Kumbh will not only be a grand and divine gathering but also a secure one. The comprehensive digital security measures reflect his commitment to making the event both spiritually enriching and technologically advanced.

Through this initiative, the Yogi government aims to provide an unparalleled experience for devotees while ensuring their safety through the integration of digital innovation.
