Kanjhawala Case: The preliminary postmortem report denies rape in the case of the death of a 20-year-old girl who was dragged on a scooty for 12 kilometers in Delhi’s Kanjhawala area,
As per the information by the sources, the initial postmortem report was made by a panel of three doctors. A panel of three doctors did the postmortem on Monday. Sources also say that there were no injury marks on the private parts of the victim.
Kanjhawala Case: In a gruesome accident late Saturday night on the outskirts of Delhi, a woman died after being dragged under a car for 10 to 12 km from Sultanpuri to Kanjhawala.
The postmortem was done by the panel at Maulana Azad Medical College on Monday evening. Meanwhile, the Delhi Police on Tuesday confirmed that the deceased’s friend was sitting on the back seat of her scooty.
Addressing the press conference, Special Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Sagar Preet Hooda said that there was one more woman with the victim at the time of the incident. Hooda also said, ”The female friend was not hurt and went home after the incident. Now we have an eye-witness and his statement is being recorded. This strengthens our case and we will complete the investigation very soon.”
Significantly, according to sources in the Ministry of Home Affairs, in view of the seriousness of the incident, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has given instructions to the officials and asked the Delhi Police Commissioner to give a detailed report in the entire case.

According to the information, Special Commissioner, Delhi Police, Shalini Singh has been asked to investigate the entire matter and submit the detailed report to the Ministry of Home Affairs as soon as possible.
