Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met President Droupadi Murmu on Sunday. He invited her to attend the Maha Kumbh 2025, set to take place in Prayagraj.
The official handle of the President of India took to X and tweeted, “Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji met President Smt. Draupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan and invited her to attend the upcoming Maha Kumbh 2025.”
CM Yogi also met BJP National Secretary (Organisation) B.L Santhosh. Sharing on X, Santhosh tweeted, “Participation in Kumbh Mela is every Hindu’s invariable wish. Dip in Ganga during Kumbh is an occasion never to be missed. Got to know about the level of preparation that goes into Kumbha Mela from Respected CM of UP Sri @myogiadityanath ji.”
Moreover, on Saturday, CM Yogi met senior BJP leaders and other dignitaries to invite them to Maha Kumbh 2025. He also met former President Ram Nath Kovind to ask him to the mega event next year.
Sharing pictures of his meetings, CM took them to his social media handle and expressed gratitude to the dignitaries for their valuable time. Meanwhile, with only a few days until the Maha Kumbh begins, the Yogi government’s vision for Mahakumbh includes a divine, grand, and digitally secure experience.
The Uttar Pradesh government has also launched extensive cyber security measures to protect devotees attending Mahakumbh 2025 in Prayagraj. A team of 56 cyber warriors will safeguard the digital and online experiences of the 45 crore devotees expected from across India and abroad.
