Amidst the sea of faith gathered on the holy Triveni bank, the auspicious congregation of saints at the Maha Kumbh is drawing significant attention.
While common people are receiving blessings from saints and Mahatmas of various traditions, the gathering also provides an opportunity for the saint community to meet and connect.
On Sunday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Gorakshapeethadhiswar Yogi Adityanath visited the camps of the revered Shankaracharyas and other saints, inquiring about their well-being.
The Chief Minister praised the role of the Shankaracharyas and saints in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Maha Kumbh.
He further described their presence as an auspicious blessing for the event, emphasizing that the divinity and grandeur of the Maha Kumbh would not be possible without the saints’ participation.
During his visit, CM Yogi also inquired about the arrangements made for the revered saints and their followers. He gave instructions to immediately address any issues regarding their comfort and well-being.
The Chief Minister’s visit began with a courtesy call on Gurusharanananda Ji of Karshni Ashram, located in Sector-9 of the Mela area, followed by a meeting with the President and Minister of Acharyabada.
After this, the Chief Minister visited the camp of Puri Peethadhishwar Jagadguru Shankaracharya Nischalananda Saraswati, where he once again expressed his respect for the saint’s presence at the Maha Kumbh, calling it a victory for Sanatan Dharma. CM Yogi concluded his visit by meeting Sharda Dwarka Peeth Shankaracharya Sadanand Saraswati Ji at his camp.
