CM Yogi Adityanath Distributes Appointment Letters To Over 1,000 UPPSC Candidates

On Tuesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath presented appointment letters to 1,036 newly selected candidates from the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPPSC) during a ceremony at Lok Bhavan.

The appointees will join various departments including medical, health, family welfare, and more.

Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Jal Shakti Minister Swatantradev Singh, and Sanjay Nishad, along with the Chief Secretary and other officials, attended the event.

In his address, CM Adityanath emphasized the importance of serving the state with integrity.

He further highlighted the transparent recruitment process under the current government, contrasting it with alleged issues of corruption and mismanagement during previous administrations.

CM Adityanath praised UPPSC for conducting the recruitment without bribery, attributing the success to the government’s reforms over the past seven years.

He however criticized the opposition for misleading the public and failing to deliver on promises, accusing them of creating identity crises and engaging in fraudulent practices.

The Chief Minister also pointed out that Uttar Pradesh has become the second-largest economy in the country, with promising growth prospects.

Meanwhile, the distributed appointments span various roles, including:

  • 533 Assistant Research Officers (Statistics) in the Family Welfare Department
  • 1 Assistant Research Officer (Statistics) in the Minor Irrigation Department
  • 2 Assistant Research Officers (Statistics) in the Institutional Finance Department
  • 190 Assistant Statistical Officers in the Economics and Numbers Division
  • 27 Assistant Statistical Officers in Chief Cities and Village Planning
  • 9 Assistant Statistical Officers in the Fisheries Department
  • 1 Assistant Statistical Officer in the Tourism Department
  • 213 Junior Assistants in the State Agricultural Production Market Council
  • Various positions including Accounts Clerks, Market Supervisors, and Cartographers in multiple departments.
