Who will have the last laugh?
Adressing an election rally in poll bound Madhya Pradesh, Union Minister Anurag Thakur claimed that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is not only going to win Madhya Pradesh but the saffron outfit is set to win by a record majority.
With the assembly elections knocking in the door, both the Congress and BJP are going all out to woo the voters in the state.

BJP has already released it’s two list of candidates for the upcoming polls. The second list includes the heavyweights and the Union Ministers Narendra Singh Tomar, Prahlad Singh Patel, and Faggan Singh Kulaste.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has also announced candidates for some of the Assembly seats. Congress has also thrown it’s weight in the elections with Rahul Gandhi and his sister Priyanka Vadra actively campaigning in the state.

The dates for the elections are likely to be announced anytime soon with November and December are the likely months for the all important semi-finals for the General elections scheduled for the middle of next year.
Madhya Pradesh has 230 Assembly seats apart from it Chhattisgarh (90 assembly seats), Rajasthan (200), Telangana (119) and Mizoram (60) are scheduled to go for polls. BJP is in power only in Madhya Pradesh among these five states waiting to seek people’s verdict.
