Bharat Express Mega Conclave 2026: Sudhanshu Trivedi Targets Opposition Over Iran-Israel War Remarks

Sudhanshu Trivedi strongly criticised opposition parties while speaking about the Iran-Israel conflict at the Bharat Express Mega Conclave.

The Bharatiya Janata Party leader argued that several opposition voices adopt inconsistent positions when international conflicts arise.

Trivedi said India must approach global crises through a balanced and principled foreign policy. He emphasised that national interest and diplomatic clarity should guide India’s response to global developments.

According to him, political parties should avoid selective narratives when discussing sensitive international issues.

The BJP spokesperson also underlined that India’s diplomatic approach prioritises peace and stability. He said responsible political discourse becomes essential when conflicts influence global security and energy markets.

During the discussion, Trivedi accused sections of the opposition of politicising international matters. He argued that such statements weaken India’s unified voice on the global stage. According to him, domestic politics should not overshadow national diplomatic priorities.

The Iran-Israel confrontation has triggered widespread geopolitical concern and economic volatility across international markets.

Trivedi said India must maintain strategic balance while safeguarding its national interests and relationships with global partners. He also stressed that India traditionally supports peaceful dialogue and diplomatic solutions during international crises.

The country’s foreign policy, he noted, emphasises stability and constructive engagement with all sides.

The Bharat Express Conclave brought together policymakers, scholars and public figures to deliberate on global affairs and national priorities.

Trivedi’s remarks formed part of broader discussions on geopolitics, diplomacy and India’s evolving role in international affairs.
