Bharat Express CMD Upendrra Rai Emphasizes Liberation and Preservation of Humanity at Bharat Sahitya Mahotsav

The grand opening of ‘Indian Literature Festival’ on the theme of ‘Literature and Human Development’ has started in Delhi’s Kirori Mal College. Many renowned personalities of the country have been invited to this two-day Mahakumbh of literature which will run from 28-29 November. Bharat Express Chairman, MD and Editor in Chief Upendrra Rai participated in the ‘Bharat Sahitya Mahotsav’. During this he addressed the gathering.

Addressing the program, he expressed his views on modern values and Indian philosophy of life. The Chairman of Bharat Express said that you should imagine that on one side Mahatma Buddha is standing with an alms bowl and on the other side, make all the industrialists of the world stand together. So who would you like to give importance to? Most of the people tell me that Mahatma Buddha. But the question is why? There is a reason behind this. That is where Mahatma Buddha attained his soul. He also narrated an anecdote about Adi Shankaracharya and Chandal, in which Shankaracharya’s thinking power changed.

There is no tradition of getting early in India: CMD Upendrra Rai

Upendrra Rai said that India has been such a land where despite differences, there has been deep respect for others. In our land of India, there is not a tradition of getting quickly but there is a tradition of staying. You are so busy running around that you don’t even see the person who is coming after you. Addressing the gathering, Upendrra Rai told how the transformation of religion took place in the country? For this he also gave the example of a jeweler. He said that we also understand many things, but we do not give proper value to them.

 

 

Unity in Diversity is India’s philosophy of life – CMD Upendrra Rai

He said, “There was a time when there was no difference between humans and animals. But gradually things changed. Fire was invented, then villages were formed. After this man started farming. After this man established industry. We have now developed so much that we have no shortage of resources. India’s philosophy of life teaches that there is unity in diversity. Despite things going wrong, we are still together. Upendrra Rai said that only Sanatan Dharma talks about salvation on the whole earth.”
