Best Wishes For Golden Future; President Murmu, PM Modi & Amit Shah On Bihar Diwas

President Droupadi Murmu led national greetings on Bihar Day, lauding the state’s rich legacy and enduring contributions to India’s progress. She highlighted Bihar as the cradle of the world’s first republic and a centre of great empires and spiritual traditions.

She expressed confidence that the people’s talent and diligence will strengthen both the state and the nation, wishing them a bright future.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also conveyed his greetings, emphasising Bihar’s pivotal role in shaping India’s heritage and development.

He stated that the state continues to script new chapters of progress and affirmed that the dedication of its people will help realise the vision of a developed Bihar alongside a developed India.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah underscored Bihar’s intellectual and cultural significance, recalling its contributions from ancient centres like Nalanda and Vikramshila to pivotal moments in India’s freedom struggle. He noted that the state continues to set new benchmarks while preserving its heritage.

Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan described Bihar as a land of culture, spirituality, and revolutionary spirit, extending his heartfelt wishes.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar called for collective resolve to build a prosperous future, urging citizens to elevate the state’s stature.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also extended greetings, praying for Bihar’s continued growth under strong leadership.

Observed on March 22, Bihar Day marks the state’s formation in 1912 after separation from the Bengal Presidency. Celebrating its 114th Foundation Day, Bihar continues to contribute significantly across diverse fields.
