Ayush Ministry Resolves Over 1,100 Grievances Under Special Campaign 4.0

The Ministry of Ayush has cleared 1,116 public grievances under Special Campaign 4.0. The exercise ran from November 2024 to August 2025 and aimed at the quick disposal of pending matters, better office systems and cleaner workspaces.

Throughout the drive, the Department responded to 56 citations from Legislators, 12 legislative commitments, nine petitions from provincial administrations, 10 correspondences from the Prime Minister’s Secretariat and 121 complaint submissions.

Authorities stated the outcomes demonstrate the Department’s aim to cut holdups and enhance openness.

The initiative also brought changes in the work environment. Departments focused on cleanliness drives and organised records more effectively. These measures helped staff respond faster to citizens’ concerns.

The Ayush Ministry has regularly featured among the top ten Central Ministries for grievance disposal. This standing highlights its ability to resolve issues on time and maintain public trust.

Next Phase: Campaign 5.0

Following the advancements achieved in Drive 4.0, arrangements have started for Exclusive Drive 5.0.

The upcoming stage will focus more on durability, cleanliness and reinforced complaint-resolution systems.

Institutes, research councils and national bodies under the Ministry will take part in large-scale cleanliness drives.

These will cover campuses, herbal gardens, community spaces, bus stations and even water bodies.

The goal is to extend the idea of clean and efficient governance beyond offices into public areas.

In the earlier Special Campaign 3.0 in 2024, the Ministry had resolved more than 1,300 public grievances along with several Parliamentary references and appeals.

The steady record over successive years underlines its commitment to responsive governance.

By addressing concerns promptly, maintaining clean surroundings and preparing for larger initiatives, the Ministry continues to build confidence in public service delivery.
