Atiq Ahmed LIVE UPDATES: Gangster turned Politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf were shot dead in Prayagraj on Saturday. The shooting took place near Prayagraj’s Dhoomanganj Police Station. According to reports three individuals opened fire on them while they were talking to the media.
On Thursday, his son Asad was encountered whose last rites were carried out on Saturday without Atiq’s presence.
