Andhra Pradesh Cabinet Mourns The Passing Of Ratan Tata

The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet expressed its condolences on Thursday following the death of renowned industrialist Ratan Tata. The meeting, chaired by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, included tributes to Tata, who passed away in Mumbai on October 9 at the age of 86.

During the session, Chief Minister Naidu highlighted Tata’s significant contributions to the nation, emphasizing his role in building a value-based business brand. “Ratan Tata earned wealth and made efforts to ensure it benefited all sections of society,” Naidu stated.

Referring to Tata, who was honored with the Padma Vibhushan, the Chief Minister remarked, “His death is a profound loss not only to the industry but to the entire country.”

The Cabinet observed a two-minute silence in memory of the esteemed industrialist, and members offered floral tributes at his portrait.

Following the meeting, Chief Minister Naidu and Human Resources Minister Nara Lokesh traveled to Mumbai to pay their respects.

Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan also extended his condolences, calling Tata’s passing an “irreplaceable loss for India.” He described Tata as a “visionary leader” whose impact spanned multiple industries, from salt to aviation.

“The name ‘Tata’ became synonymous with excellence under his leadership, representing India’s identity on the global stage,” Kalyan said.

In his heartfelt message, Kalyan praised Tata’s humanitarian contributions, stating, “He was not just an industrialist; he embodied compassion and integrity.”

He concluded by expressing deep condolences to the Tata Group family and fans, affirming that Ratan Tata’s legacy would continue to inspire future generations.
