Amit Shah Vows To Expel Infiltrators From Bihar’s Seemanchal; Slams RJD & Congress

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday vowed to expel infiltrators from Bihar’s Seemanchal region. He accused the Grand Alliance leaders of shielding them for political gain.

Addressing a rally in Banmankhi, Purnea, Shah urged voters to support the government’s efforts to identify and remove illegal entrants.

He asked the crowd if infiltrators should stay in Seemanchal. The audience responded with loud ‘no’ chants.

Shah accused Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav of leading a ‘Save the Infiltrators’ march.

Vows Tough Action Ahead

He said they wanted Seemanchal to become a base for illegal migrants. “We will remove every infiltrator from Bihar,” he declared.

HM Amit Shah alleged that infiltrators steal jobs meant for local youth and take rations meant for the poor. “They make the country insecure,” he added.

Shah also promised to clear encroachments made by such individuals. “We will demolish illegal structures and free Seemanchal’s land,” he said.

HM Amit Shah reiterated the BJP’s stand on infiltration in Seemanchal. He said cross-border migration affects Purnea, Araria, Kishanganj, and Katihar because they lie close to Bangladesh.

The region, with a large Muslim population, will vote in the second phase on November 11.

Amit Shah then targeted the RJD over its past rule. “During Lalu-Rabri’s time, murders and kidnappings were common,” he said.

Further, he said, “Nitish Kumar ended jungle raj, but it’s trying to return in a new disguise.”

He criticised RJD for giving a ticket to Shahabuddin’s son, Osama, in Siwan. “There’s no place for Osama or Shahabuddin in Bihar,” he said.

Shah said the Bihar election is a fight between two camps,  the ‘alliance of thugs’ and the NDA. Further, he predicted the NDA would win more than 160 seats.

He also recalled the Ram temple struggle. “For 550 years, rulers obstructed it,” he said. “PM Modi fulfilled the dream in 2024.”

Shah linked it to the Sitamarhi Sita temple. “Sita is Bihar’s daughter. A grand temple worth ₹850 crore will rise in two and a half years,” he announced.
