Amit Shah Unveils Accusation Document, Alleges Scams And Misrule By Chhattisgarh Government

Union Home Minister Amit Shah unveiled a document titled “Arop Patra” (accusation document) targeting the government of Bhupesh Baghel in Chhattisgarh on Saturday. In his address, Shah made serious allegations against the state government, including claims of involvement in various scandals, financial misconduct, and mistreatment of the state’s residents. These allegations come as Chhattisgarh gears up for upcoming elections scheduled by the year-end.

Amit Shah accused Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel of turning Chhattisgarh into what he called an “ATM of Gandhi Parivar,” insinuating that the state was being used to benefit a particular political family. Shah further asserted that the current government had set records for corruption.

One of the central accusations made by the Home Minister was that the Congress government had allegedly failed to prevent religious conversions in tribal areas of Chhattisgarh for the sake of securing votes. He also highlighted a series of alleged scandals related to coal, liquor, and online betting, which are currently under investigation by central agencies in the state. Shah firmly contended that only the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had the capability to rescue Chhattisgarh from what he described as the Congress’ scandals, mistreatment of citizens, and mismanagement.

Amit Shah did not hold back in his criticism, asserting that the Baghel-led government had shattered all records of corruption. He pledged that, if the BJP were to come to power, those involved in corrupt activities would be brought to justice. He expressed confidence in the Narendra Modi-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government’s chances of securing re-election and predicted a BJP government with a decisive majority in Chhattisgarh prior to that.

Shah also made promises to the people of Chhattisgarh, assuring them that if the BJP were elected, every household would have access to clean water within two years. Additionally, he expressed delight at the successful launch of the Aditya L-1 mission.

In summary, Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched a scathing attack on the Chhattisgarh government, accusing it of corruption, misconduct, and inadequate governance, while also promising a brighter future under BJP leadership.
