Amit Shah Extends Birthday Greetings To Jitan Ram Manjhi; Praises MSME Contributions

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday extended birthday greetings to Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Jitan Ram Manjhi, wishing him good health and a long life.

In a post on X, Shah praised Manjhi for his continued efforts to strengthen the country’s MSME sector and empower entrepreneurs associated with it. He acknowledged Manjhi’s role in advancing the sector and prayed for his well-being and longevity.

Jitan Ram Manjhi, a former Bihar Chief Minister, currently serves as the Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. He is a key NDA ally in the Central government.

As the Union Minister responsible for the MSME portfolio, Manjhi is involved in policy initiatives aimed at supporting small businesses, promoting entrepreneurship and strengthening the sector’s contribution to the economy.

The MSME sector plays an important role in employment generation, entrepreneurship and economic activity across the country.

Manjhi’s responsibilities include overseeing initiatives focused on creating greater opportunities for small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs.
