Amazing ‘Game’ Played By Female Rajasthan Officer: 26 Flats Bought In 2 Days, Got Registration Done Without Loan

Rajasthan Govt officer Jyoti Bhardwaj: A female officer from Jaipur did wonders. Jyoti Bhardwaj, a female officer posted in Rajasthan Secretariat, bought 26 flats within 2 days. She bought 15 out of 26 flats in her name and 11 in her son’s name. The surprising thing is that the entire property was purchased through cheque, and got it registered without any loan. This purchase worth crores of rupees has now become a matter of discussion.

After the matter came to light, Rajasthan government has started investigation against Jyoti Bhardwaj and her son Rohan Vashishtha in the case of disproportionate wealth. It is being told that she paid stamp duty of more than Rs 30 lakh for registration. And, she did not even need to take a loan for this payment. The price of the flats purchased by her is said to be around Rs 5 crore.

Who is the female Rajasthan officer, what is her position?

Jyoti Bhardwaj lives in Jaipur, and is posted in Rajasthan Secretariat. Her post is of the level of Secretary in the Government of Rajasthan, and she is in charge of purchasing goods in the Personnel Department stores. She has also been posted as District Treasurer in Alwar and Financial Controller in Matsya University for a long time. According to media reports, she got 26 flats registered, out of which he took 15 flats in her own name and 11 flats in the name of her son Roshan Vashishtha.

The director of the selling company filed a case

According to the report of Op India, the builder from whom Jyoti bought these flats is now accusing her of fraud. That builder says that he has been scammed. Jyoti bought all these flats from a company named ‘Bani Buildtech’, the office of this company is in JDA Market located on Mansarovar Link Road, Jaipur. The director of the company says that this property was purchased through cheque, but none of the checks could be cashed. Now he has filed a case in the court in this matter.
